Foot Care Education – Free of Charge
At Aged Care Podiatry we believe that foot care education is the number one preventative measure against foot complications in the aged care setting. When you consider the average frequency of a resident being seen by a Podiatrist is every 6 weeks, that allows a fair chunk of time to lapse during which residents’ feet go without that finer attention to detail provided by our podiatrists.
As part of our service, we offer free foot care education up to twice a year. The content of the presentation can be tailored to your specifications or we can cover areas that we believe your staff would best benefit from. In the long run, this allows your staff to strengthen points of weakness or cover topics of interest.
